Healthcare Technology and Client Leadership Grounded in Execution
Bryant De Piazza brings more than 20 years of experience across healthcare payer, provider, and technology organizations. His career has focused on strengthening enterprise relationships, growing strategic accounts, leading complex technology initiatives, and creating clarity when systems, teams, and client expectations must remain aligned.
His experience includes leading national sales and client service teams, managing portfolios exceeding $12 million, helping grow a healthcare consulting firm from $4 million to $13 million, and building a provider consulting practice from zero to $7 million in under two years.
Today, Bryant is also applying that operating experience to enterprise AI adoption. He is developing and validating Bryant Executive Office, a separate provider-neutral AI operating system designed to preserve decision context, coordinate specialized advice, and keep consequential actions under explicit human control.
